We can say with 100% certainty that we know the right person to get you better.

At Online Physio, we put you in the drivers seat. You will get yourself better. But we will be right there beside you, every step of the way. We will give you all of the right tools, advice and strategies, at all the right times, for you to get better.
Just follow our expert guidance and you can be the rockstar of your own recovery.
My name is Karen Finnin
I am a qualified Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and I have helped thousands of patients to take control of their injury and get out of pain. My team and I are experts in coaching people just like you to injury success.
I would love to show you testimonials from all of the patients we have helped over the years, but unfortunately Australian law prohibits the use of testimonials to promote a registered health profession.
To be honest, these tough regulations enforced upon our Physiotherapy profession are great for you. It means that as Physios, we must meet very strict criteria to be allowed to practice.
No fish slappers here.
So how do you know you can trust Online Physio?

I am the author of a number of books, including ‘Before You Break – Simple Steps to Injury Proof Your Body’.
I have 19 years experience managing injuries in sporting and work populations.
I teach other health professionals how to be more effective in their health services.

I am a founding member of the International Society of Digital Medicine.
So what does it look like to work with Online Physio to manage your injury?
You will be guided through a series of intuitive online questions that will help you to share all of the relevant injury information that your physiotherapist will need.
Once your physiotherapist has assessed your answers, you will be directed to an online portal with some movement tests to perform. You are in complete control and don’t have to do anything you are not comfortable doing. Perform the tests when and where it suits you, and submit your findings.
Video call or Explainer Message
By now your physiotherapist has arrived at your likely diagnosis. This is then clearly explained to you via video call, or if you prefer, in a video/audio format that you can watch (and rewatch) in your own time.
Your rehabilitation program will be sent to a free app on your smartphone (and can be accessed via laptop or printed out too). The app will allow you to set reminders to exercise, rate your pain each day and log your progress.
Follow up and Prevent
You continue to communicate with your physiotherapist via secure messaging in the rehabilitation app. Your therapist will work with you over the designated time period to progress your program and achieve your goals.
ALL consultation types include the following free bonuses worth $129:
It’s one thing to think you are getting better, and it’s another thing to know for sure, right? So we have decided to include a free Outcome Measure tool for you to complete at the start and end of your rehabilitation program. This is an evidence based, research backed tool that Government agencies and Corporations use to measure injury progress. Many therapists leave this measure out for fear of highlighting their shortcomings as a therapist. We are confident in our abilities and welcome you to measure how we are doing at getting you better with this free tool.
Foam Roller Program
Use of a foam roller is a brilliant way to relieve the aches and pains of everyday life. Achieve the results of a deep tissue massage with these simple exercises. A foam roller is a light piece of equipment that can be easily ordered online and can travel with you anywhere. With this free program of 12 Physiotherapist designed foam roller exercises, your aches and pains will be a thing of that past.
Fast Track Guide
The hardest thing about an injury is knowing if you need to see a health professional, and if so, which one. This comprehensive 28 page Guide lists the most commonly injured body parts and clearly spells out what criteria warrant a Doctor visit, what criteria warrant a Physiotherapy consultation, and which injuries can be left to settle themselves.
Laptop Set Up Manual
With increasingly mobile lives, we are working on laptops more and more. This can lead to pain in the neck, back, wrists and arms. By following the simple tips in our Laptop Set Up Manual, you can insure against unwanted niggles and work halting injuries.
It's not for everyone
Because our Physiotherapists give each patient 1 on 1 mentoring throughout their injury rehabilitation, our capacity is limited. This is why we are happy to turn away patients that we do not feel can be managed effectively with our approach. We are also happy to close our door to new patients to prioritise our existing ones.
If we don’t think that you are committed to your own recovery, we will refund your consultation fee in full and suggest another service for your needs.
Whether you seek treatment with us or with another service, please take action as soon as possible. The evidence is overwhelming. The longer your injury lasts, to harder it is to get better.
- If we don’t think your injury is suitable for Online Physio, we will immediately refund you 100% of the consultation fee.
- If you follow our program for 6 weeks and do not feel in better control of your injury, we will refund 100% of your consultation fee. Simply track your activity and progress in the app every day, and if we can see that you have been consistent, yet you feel no improvement at all, we will refund you 100% of the consultation fee.
So let’s sum that up:
If your injury is not suitable for physiotherapy, or if you follow your program for 6 weeks and don’t feel any improvement, you get your money back. Why? We are confident in what we do, and we want you to feel the same.
